All members of the bridal party should meet at the Ceremony Green at 5:00pm on Friday. The Rehearsal will begin at 5:15pm.

Yes! Please feel free to bring your littles if they made the trip to Vermont!

On Friday night, all guests are permitted to park at the Mad River Barn.

Yes! Very light snacks + beer + wine will be provided! We encourage all of our guests to enjoy dinner at one of the many incredible restaurants in the Mad River Valley prior to swinging by the Welcome Party.

Come as you are! The Pub is indoors, but also has an outdoor patio to enjoy, weather permitting.

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. Please take this opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved date night. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We have arranged for shuttles to transport those staying at Madbush Falls, The Warren Lodge, Clay Brook Hotel & Residences and South Village. To make things easy, we highly encourage you to book your accommodations at one of those locations. A shuttle timeline is on the Saturday Shuttle tab of this website. Unless you require special assistance getting in and out of the venue, you will not be able to drive to the Mad River Barn.

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), but the reception will be indoors.

Colorful cocktail! Even though we will be fresh off Labor Day Weekend, we want to keep summer going, so bring on the fun colors and prints! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass, so factor that in when choosing your shoes!
